• The program will include a combination of information presentation, analysis of business situations, and interactive discussion activities.

• Improve the participant’s ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across cultures to ensure all are moving toward common, understood goals.
   

• Learn how global managers can build relationships and trust cross-culturally, and discuss and practice the application of that knowledge to build stronger and more effective team partnerships.
   

• Build competency in cross-cultural communication and cooperation providing a model for creating cross-cultural networks and a hybrid style of collaboration.
